The Youth Fitness and Sports Performance program develops the fitness and athletic needs of the developing young athlete. By the time a young athlete reaches high school they have typically played on dozens of teams and under dozens of coaches, but they still lack the basic fundamentals of athleticism, core strength, and fitness necessary to create a life long athlete!
Offering more than just speed training, improved athletic performance and injury resilience, we provide a sense of belonging, self-confidence, and personal growth that comes with it. Since 2000, Coach Rob Viramontes has helped countless athletes of all abilities become faster, stronger, more confident, and mentally tougher, now, in high school and beyond.

The Jr. Performance (Ages 8-12) and Varsity Prep (13-18) programs consist of functionally sound movement training, strength training and conditioning. While prioritizing a strong focus on proper technique, the workouts become progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.

Every training session focuses on building power, endurance, speed, and agility through dynamic workouts. With each drill, athletes concentrate on correct running form, athletic body positioning and proper techniques associated with cutting, pivoting, while staying in the game and off the sidelines.
