At Train2Change Fitness & Performance, our journey started in 1994 by helping adults get stronger, healthier, and more confident through personal training.
In 2000, our focus expanded to youth, high school, and collegiate athletes — where we became Marin’s trusted leader in speed, strength, and injury prevention. For more than three decades, we’ve coached both parents and players, building programs rooted in movement quality, accountability, and confidence.

I’m a proud father of two young athletes (7 & 5). They love baseball, basketball, swimming — and jumping into my drills. At this age, it’s all discovery: balancing on the BOSU, exploring ladders and hurdles, jumping on and off things, and yes — finishing with fort‑building using mats and foam rollers. We learn by moving at different heights, speeds, and angles. That philosophy guides how I coach the youngest athletes.
